It is a pleasure to announce that the National Cancer Institute of Milano, Italy (INT) is inviting applications to the Call for Research Value 2017, a funding scheme intended to promote the mobility of young researchers.

The Call is open to experimental and clinical researchers up to 35 years of age, offering them the opportunity of a three-year period of research at INT, and consists of two different types of Grant:
  • The Incoming Mobility Grant is intended to finance researchers of any nationality working in different research Institutions at the time of submission and declaring their intention to carry out research at INT.
  • The Reintegration Grant is intended to finance young Italian researchers who have worked abroad for at least one out of the last three years.

The present call aims to support basic, translational and/or clinical research developed within the following areas:
  • Sarcomas
  • Gastric malignancies and/or biliary-pancreatic
  • Imaging and medical physics
  • Bioinformatics and biostatistics (systematic reviews and meta-analysis)

Deadlines:
  • STEP 1: May 26th,2017 5:00 PM CEST for presenting one’s intention to participate to the call
  • STEP 2: July 21st, 2017 5:00 PM CEST for the online submission of full proposals
